How to play

Muscle Run io is a 3D competitive io game about competing in a muscle-building race using only the keyboard. Controls Up Arrow - Move Forward Down Arrow - Move Down Left Arrow - Move Left Right Arrow - Move Right The goal is to win the muscle race by getting to the end of the course first. The amount of muscles you have is shown in a meter that appears to the left of your builder. As he gains more muscle, the meter will fill green. When he moves through his lane in the track, the meter will go down until he can't make any more progress. Before you begin, you can enter your name and choose what your builder looks like. After that, you can start the contest and start moving after the countdown. You'll be assigned a color that represents your lane and the workout tools that you can pick up. As you do, you'll start to gain muscle and as long as you have muscle, you can move through the lane. Lanes can differ where more muscle can help you move obstacles or get through difficult terrain. When your muscle runs out, you'll need to return to the workout area to gain more. Get to the finish line at the end to win and earn your reward.
