How to play

Metal Driller is a 2.5D arcade game about drilling deep and searching for valuable minerals using only the mouse. To move the driller, click and hold an empty part of the screen to get the UI analog stick to appear. Pulling it in any direction will cause the driller to move in that direction and you can move it around to change its direction. When level-up and upgrade options appear, you can move the cursor and click to select the ones you want. The goal is to dig deep and as much as you can while earning enough cash to power up and upgrade. Before you start digging, you can choose to spend what little cash you have to choose what aspect of the drill you want to improve. Once you start digging, you'll start going down into the dirt and looking for ore to break up. As the drill breaks up the ore, it'll heat and if it overheats then you'll need to wait until it goes down until you can continue. Breaking boulders of ore will yield massive rewards that you can spend when you aren't drilling. Additionally, you'll earn experience and level up as you drill which will net you different kinds of upgrades to improve your digging and profits. The digger you go, the tougher the dirt you'll encounter will be. Each new layer will be indicated by a treasure chest. Drill into it to open it up and get tons of cash.
