How to play

Cursed Treasure 2 is a 2D top-down tower defense game about an Overlord protecting their treasure from heroes using the mouse. To interact with the UI, move the cursor to it and click the Left Mouse Button. To select towers, spells, and items, click their icons on the right or click on them in the field to open their radial menus. The goal is to protect your gems of power from being stolen by heroes. If the heroes manage to grab all of your gems and leave your lands with them, then you'll lose. The main menu is where you can spend skill points to upgrade your towers, gold, and mana. These require skill points that you'll earn by completing levels. When you start a level, you'll oversee a specific path or paths that all lead to your gems. You'll need to build towers along the paths so your minions can attack intruders. You've got three types of minions: Orcs, Undead, and Demons. Each has a different kind of attack, and range, and can only be placed upon land that matches their color. You can build and upgrade towers using gold that you get from slain enemies or you can destroy them to free up space. As long as you have one gem in your horde when the last enemy is slain, you'll win. You'll also unlock spells that you can use at whim as long as they're charged and you have enough mana which will recover over time. You can also spend gold at the shop for items to aid you in defense.
