框架选择指南请参考 prioritization-frameworks 技能。核心推荐如下：

机会评分（Opportunity Score）（Dan Olsen，《The Lean Product Playbook》）推荐用于评估客户问题：机会评分 = 重要性 × (1 − 满意度)，归一化至 0–1。高重要性 + 低满意度 = 最佳机会。优先考虑问题（机会），而非解决方案（功能）。

ICE 框架推荐用于快速评分：影响力（Impact，机会评分 × 客户数量）× 置信度（Confidence）× 易操作性（Ease）。RICE 框架将触达范围（Reach）作为独立因子，适用于规模较大的团队。

操作步骤

用户将描述产品目标、期望产出，并提供功能创意列表。请按以下步骤处理：

  1. 理解优先级：确认产品目标和成功指标。

  2. 从以下维度评估每个功能：

    • 影响力：对期望产出的推动程度如何？如有客户数据，考虑使用机会评分。
    • 工作量：需要多少开发、设计和协调资源？
    • 风险：存在多大的不确定性？哪些假设需要验证？
    • 战略契合度：与产品愿景和当前目标的匹配程度如何？

  3. 推荐前 5 个功能，附上：

    • 清晰的排名（1-5）
    • 每项的简要推荐理由
    • 考虑的关键权衡
    • 未入选的内容及原因

  4. 如有帮助，以优先级排序表呈现。

逐步思考。如果输出内容较多，保存为 markdown。
