프로젝트 생성 플로우
1. PRD가 있는 경우
PRD 문서를 분석해서 자동으로 마일스톤과 태스크를 생성해요.
1. project-create → 프로젝트 생성
2. PRD에서 Phase/로드맵 추출 → project-milestone-create
3. 각 Phase의 작업 항목 추출 → project-task-create
2. PRD가 없는 경우
빈 프로젝트를 먼저 만들고, 나중에 마일스톤/태스크를 추가해요.
1. project-create → 빈 프로젝트 생성
2. 사용자가 마일스톤을 정의하면 → project-milestone-create
3. 각 마일스톤에 태스크 추가 → project-task-create
3. /planner 연계
아이디어만 있으면 /planner로 PRD를 먼저 만들고, /project new로 프로젝트를 생성해요.
태스크 상태 관리
태스크의 상태는 다음 순서로 진행돼요:
pending → in_progress → completed
- pending: 아직 시작하지 않은 태스크
- in_progress: 현재 작업 중인 태스크
- completed: 완료된 태스크
태스크 시작
project-task-update: taskId, status: "in_progress"
태스크 완료
project-task-update: taskId, status: "completed"
작업 중 발견한 중요한 지식은 memory-save MCP 도구로 저장하세요.
진행률 확인
project-status MCP 도구를 호출하면 전체 진행률을 확인할 수 있어요.
진행률은 완료된 태스크 수를 기준으로 자동 계산돼요:
진행률 = (완료 태스크 수 / 전체 태스크 수) × 100%
대시보드
웹 대시보드에서 프로젝트 상태를 시각적으로 확인할 수 있어요.
