흐름

Step 1: 프로젝트 설명 요청

사용자에게 프로젝트 설명을 요청하세요.

어떤 프로젝트를 만들고 싶으세요?
한 줄이면 충분해요. 예) "SaaS 랜딩페이지", "AI 챗봇 서비스"

Step 2: PRD 자동 생성

planner 스킬을 참고해서 PRD를 자동 생성하세요.

Step 3: 기술 스택 감지 + CLAUDE.md 생성

프로젝트 디렉토리를 분석해서 기술 스택을 감지하고, CLAUDE.md를 생성하세요.

CLAUDE.md 원칙:

  • 80줄 이내 (Anthropic 권장 200줄 이하, 최적 60-80줄)
  • Claude가 추측할 수 없는 것만 포함
  • 상세는 @.claude/wiki/로 위임
  • "이 줄을 제거하면 Claude가 실수할까?" — 아니면 삭제

Step 4: Wiki 초기화

.claude/wiki/ 디렉토리를 생성하고 기본 페이지를 만드세요:

  • patterns.md — 코딩 패턴, 모범 사례
  • gotchas.md — 주의사항, 삽질 기록
  • decisions.md — 설계 결정 + 이유
  • skills-catalog.md — 자동 생성된 스킬 목록
  • retrospective.md — 세션별 복기 기록
  • index.md — 자동 생성 목록

Step 5: 마일스톤/태스크 분해

PRD를 기반으로 마일스톤과 태스크를 분해해서 DB에 저장하세요.

Step 6: 이전 프로젝트 참고

skill-search MCP 도구로 이전 프로젝트 스킬을 검색하세요.

Step 7: 주의사항 참고

mistake-search MCP 도구로 이전 프로젝트 주의사항을 검색하세요.

Step 8: 적용 제안

이전 프로젝트에서 해당하는 스킬과 주의사항이 있으면 적용을 제안하세요.
