Use 雅颂 for moral cultivation
Avoid 郑卫之音
Match music to desired social outcomes

Step 3: Deploy Music Systematically

In 宗庙:君臣上下同听之 → 和敬
In 族长乡里:长幼同听之 → 和顺
In 闺门之内:父子兄弟同听之 → 和亲
