Dieser Skill rekonstruiert, warum bestimmte rechtsgeschichtliche Themen in Lehre und Forschung lange fehlten, obwohl Quellen vorhanden waren.

Prüfroutine

  • Welche Personen waren nach 1945 weiterhin im Amt oder im Einflussbereich?
  • Welche Themen wurden in Lehrbüchern, Vorlesungen und Vereinigungen ausgespart?
  • Welche Schüler- und Fakultätsloyalitäten verhinderten Kritik?
  • Welche Archiv- oder Bibliothekszugänge waren faktisch erschwert?
  • Wann begann die spätere Aufarbeitung in der jeweiligen Disziplin?

Output

Schweigespiral-Audit mit Zeitleiste, Institutionenkarte und didaktischem Baustein für heutige Ausbildung.
