Methodische Parallele: Mehrsprachige Rechtsordnungen heute (EU mit 24 Amtssprachen, EuGH-Französisch als Arbeitssprache) stehen vor identischen Übersetzungsproblemen — Begriffsäquivalenz vs. Funktionsäquivalenz. Wer 'consideration' mit 'causa' übersetzt, macht denselben Fehler wie ein Skoliast, der despoteia unbesehen als dominium liest.
