ingest_archive_tar_extractor — TAR 压缩包解压
功能概述
递归扫描目录内 .tar、.tar.gz、.tgz、.tar.bz2、.tbz2、.tar.xz、.txz 文件，解压并输出解压清单。使用 Python 标准库 tarfile。
