何时不要使用

  • 录音来源不明或内容严重缺失

默认工作流

  1. 核验录音来源、时间、对象与主题
  2. 提炼关键事实、客户诉求、处理动作
  3. 标记风险点与未决事项
  4. 形成行动项、责任人和时间要求（如有）

输入要求

  • 录音转写文本或沟通记录
  • 事件背景、客户信息（可脱敏）
  • 输出用途（工单/质检/日报）
