数据库库表规范

  1. 数据库及表的字符集统一使用 utf8mb4
  2. 排序规则统一使用 utf8mb4_general_ci
  3. 所有字段尽量显式声明默认值，尽量禁止使用 NULL 作为隐式默认
  4. 已提交的 Flyway SQL 迁移文件不可修改或删除，变更必须通过新增版本号的 SQL 文件实现
  5. 数据库脚本的版本号命名需与 pom.xml 中的 revision 版本号保持一致
