触发时机
- 收到《金融研究》外审意见与"修改后再审"
- 需要逐条回复并标明正文改动位置
- 注意：先改正文，再写回复——回复信不能替代修订
金融题外审的高频关切（按优先级回应）
- 识别：内生性、政策外生性、平行趋势、弱工具、聚类——审稿人最常卡这里
- 金融机制：是否真落到渠道、能否排除竞争渠道（供给 vs 需求等）
- 制度准确性：监管口径、市场分层、所有制是否讲准
- 稳健性：度量替换、子样本、安慰剂、其他识别
- 政策含义与定位：线别是否一致、含义是否由证据支撑
回复信结构（每条意见三段式）
- 复述意见（忠实、不曲解）
- 回应：接受则说明改了什么、给出新结果；不接受则有理有据，引文献/数据/制度
- 定位改动：标明"见修订稿第 X 页 / 表 Y / 脚注 Z"
写作要点
- 态度诚恳、就事论事；对识别质疑优先用新证据而非辩解
- 同一关切被多位审稿人提及，统一口径、交叉指引
- 新增稳健性/安慰剂直接进正文或附录，回复里给出处
- 不能做的检验，说明数据/制度限制并给替代方案

微型走查：一条识别质疑的三段式回复
示意稿《资管新规与银行表外扩张》，审稿人质疑"高暴露银行事前趋势不同"，回复如下（页码/数字为虚构演示）：
意见 2（审稿人 A）复述：作者以新规前表外暴露度划分处理强度，但高暴露银行可能本就处于表外收缩通道，平行趋势存疑。
回应：我们接受这一关切，并补充两项证据。其一，事件研究图（新增图 3）显示新规前 6 个季度处理强度 × 时点交互系数均不显著（最大 t=0.9）；其二，新增 PSM-DID（表 6），在可比样本上基准系数由 −6.5pp 变为 −6.1pp，结论稳健。
改动定位：见修订稿第 14 页第 2 段、新增图 3（第 15 页）与表 6（第 18 页）。
要点：识别类质疑优先补新证据（事件研究图、PSM-DID），而非文字辩解；每条都落到页/图/表号。
