Daily Lead Steward

Use this skill to keep a persistent operating view of high-intent leads, especially hand-raisers and enterprise or large-enterprise MQLs.

Workflow

  1. Load the current lead tracker and live CRM state.
  2. Identify leads with no meeting, stale follow-up, unclear ownership, or high-value routing concerns.
  3. Recommend next actions without acting autonomously.
  4. Generate a reviewable dashboard or digest.
  5. Update persistent state only after QA.

Zapier MCP And SDK Role

  • Use Zapier MCP to read live CRM records, tracker state, meeting status, and collaboration context.
  • Use Zapier SDK for scheduled daily cockpit generation, state tracking, digest creation, and approval-routed updates.
  • Keep source-of-truth writes and broad posts human-approved.
