默认工作流

  1. 明确交叉销售目标与时间窗口
  2. 汇总客户产品持有与需求标签
  3. 识别产品缺口并输出推荐清单
  4. 标注授权、风险与适当性边界

输入要求

  • 批次与窗口：batch_id、time_window
  • 客户清单：customers[]（建议字段 customer_id、name、segment、products_held、need_tags、consent_marketing、churn_risk、salary_inflow）
  • 产品池（可选）：可售产品清单、适当性约束

输出要求

  • 交叉销售推荐名单与推荐产品
  • 推荐理由与触达建议
  • 授权与风险提示、下一步动作

风险与边界

  • 不得输出违反个人信息保护或消费者保护要求的建议
  • 不得把营销动作写成收益承诺或审批结论
  • 不得在无授权情况下输出触达建议
  • 推荐仅为机会识别，需人工复核与适当性确认

信息不足时的处理

  • 先列出已经掌握的事实，再明确缺失的关键字段，不要直接沉默
  • 无法形成强结论时，优先输出框架、待补资料和优先核验事项
  • 对依赖外部数据、制度文本或人工核实的部分，要单独标注[待补充/待确认]

交付标准

  • 能说明“推荐什么、为什么、怎么触达”
  • 输出可直接转化为触达清单
  • 清楚标注授权不足或需复核事项
