默认工作流

  1. 明确运营目标、时间窗口与客群边界
  2. 依据活跃、交易与功能使用深度做分层
  3. 生成优先级名单与差异化触达方案
  4. 输出复盘指标、实验设计与责任归口

重点分析框架

  • 活跃下降是否来自触达不足或产品使用障碍
  • 客群价值与触达成本是否匹配
  • 动作是否可执行且合规
  • 复盘指标是否能衡量“提升”

输入要求

  • 最低可用输入：batch_id、time_window、customers
  • 推荐输入字段见 references/input-schema.md

输出要求

  • 优先级名单与分层逻辑
  • 触达动作与渠道节奏
  • 关键KPI与复盘节点
  • 风险提示与信息缺口

风险与边界

  • 不得输出违规营销或强制触达建议
  • 未授权客户需明确标注并剔除触达名单

信息不足时的处理
