TWAP时间加权/匀速执行策略助手

数据获取

通过 cn-stock-data skill 获取数据：

  • 分钟K线: 1分钟线
  • 实时行情: 最新价格与成交量
  • 历史成交量分布: 用于流动性评估

分析工作流

Step 1: TWAP方案设计

  • 总量拆分：将目标数量均匀分配到各时间片
  • 时间片长度选择：1分钟/5分钟/15分钟
  • 执行窗口选择：避开开盘15分钟和收盘15分钟
  • 随机化：在每个时间片内随机选择下单时点

Step 2: 流动性约束检查

  • 单笔下单量 vs 该时段平均成交量的比例
  • 参与率上限：通常不超过该时段成交量的20%
  • 流动性不足时段的处理：跳过或减量
  • A股特征：午盘开盘流动性较差

Step 3: 执行偏差分析

  • TWAP偏差 = 实际均价 - 理论TWAP
  • 偏差来源分解：市场冲击 + 时机选择 + 随机噪声
  • 与VWAP执行的对比：哪种更优
  • 不同市场环境下TWAP vs VWAP的选择

Step 4: 增强型TWAP

  • Volume-weighted TWAP：按历史成交量分布调整
  • Adaptive TWAP：根据实时价格偏离动态调整速度
  • 价格保护：设置价格上下限，超限暂停执行
  • A股涨跌停处理：触及涨跌停时的执行策略
