Song Ling comes from a family with a severe preference for male children. To save her mute daughter, Wang Xiaoxing, she resorts to a desperate measure known as "dragon-to-phoenix transformation." However, an unexpected accident involving a nurse leads to Wang Xiaoxing being found and raised by a commoner named Wang Jianguo. Years later, Wang Jianguo's niece, Wang Yunxing, impersonates Wang Xiaoxing and frames their adoptive father. Determined to save her critically ill father, Wang Xiaoxing relentlessly strives to expose her cousin's true identity and reclaim her rightful place within her family.
