Bobby deeply loved his wife Sheri, but she tricked him into taking memory-loss pills for her first love, unaware the drug was Bobby's own creation with no antidote. Heartbroken, Bobby took the pills, watching his memories fade as disappointment in Sheri turned to utter despair before he resolutely left to focus on research. Too late, Sheri regretted her actions upon learning the truth and tried to win him back, but Bobby had already forgotten their love completely due to the very drug he'd designed.
