Joanie Jewell, a woman from humble beginnings, is thrust into a life of luxury as the wife of billionaire tycoon Chester Payne. But her Cinderella story hides a dark secret: she was drugged by her adoptive parents and forced into Chester's bed years ago. Facing destitution after Chester's presumed death, Joanie enters the Payne mansion carrying his unborn child, determined to secure her son's future. Five years later, Chester resurfaces — alive but amnesiac. To protect her child, Joanie weaves an illusion of devotion, seducing him into believing their love was real. However, Chester's memories begin creeping back. Now, Joanie must confront the truth she buried.
