Anna's engaged to someone she's never properly met. When her father shows her a photo, she realizes her fiancé Julian is the dismissive man who was rude to her on the street. She decides to infiltrate his company as an intern to get closer to him and understand who he really is. What she discovers while there changes everything; Julian is plotting to acquire her family's business. Now she has to stay hidden in plain sight, absorbing mistreatment from colleagues, while gathering evidence of his plan. The longer she stays undercover, the more she risks being discovered.
