Evelyn and Abigail, sisters from the orphanage, were determined to defy destiny. They disguised themselves as the stand-ins for the idealised first love of the wealthy Brown brothers and married into the Brown family. Evelyn appeared to be a frail yet enchanting beauty, but secretly, she was a strong and formidable woman. When a crisis arose with the return of the first love, the two attempted to flee with a large sum of money but were caught by their husband. Evelyn decided to throw caution to the wind and be herself, only to be adored by Noah even more. She then discovered that he was the secret crush she had missed in high school! The stand-in became the true love, and the secret crush finally found its happy ending!
