The guilt-ridden former mercenary Danny, haunted by his failure to protect scientist Olivia, had retired to a quiet life as a tailor. Five years later, he reentered the shadows to guard her sister Lexie, who was targeted for witnessing a crime. As her personal tailor and covert protector, he found himself the unwilling object of desire for many women who crossed his path.
