Sera, a supreme witch, wakes from a 300-year sleep to reclaim sacred relics abused by the elite. One glance judges a tycoon heir's sins; he dies on the spot. Detective Holden, on the case, is forced into her service—and uncovers his family's atrocities: the disfigured maid is his missing mother. Sera revives her; Holden becomes her knight, then takes a bullet for her—and remembers everything.
