The man had possessed a mystical artifact that could extract and release diseases. Responding to a family's plea, he had set out on a journey to save lives. However, upon arriving in a city, he encountered oppression from another man who sought to claim his magical artifact for himself. In retaliation for these ungrateful acts, the man had decided to give them a taste of their own medicine. Just then, the city had faced a severe outbreak of disease, and the man had eradicated the plague, ultimately saving countless lives.
