Elian, the lost heir of the royal line, watched his clan slaughtered as a child and was sold into slavery with only a pendant hidden on him. After his wolf awakened, he discovered that Kael was his fated mate, only to be publicly rejected for his lowborn status. Then Lycan Prince Anthony felt the same bond, and brought Elian to the royal trial island. Elian survived noble conspiracies and priestess Valeria's schemes, and uncovered leads to his family's massacre, tracing it to Arthur and Prince Aurelian's coup. When Aurelian erased Anthony's memory with a curse, Elian journeyed north for the cure, broke it, and now marches back to reclaim the throne.
