They once loved me more than life—until I lowered the AC for my feverish sister. At just five years old, they threw me into a modified freezer. They cradled her like a treasure, while I was forgotten in -20°C for three days. Neighbors had to smash the door to rescue my barely breathing body. Now they kneel, begging forgiveness. I smile—the "love" you gave me is colder than that freezer ever was.
