Ava Lane's husband, Trevor Gray, has a suspiciously close relationship with his female best friend, Leah Jackman—one that ultimately leads to Ava's death at Leah's hands. When Ava opens her eyes again, she finds herself back in time, greeted by the AAA Narrative System, which tells her she must collect 100 heartbreak points within a limited timeframe to return to life for good. Given a second chance, Ava sets out to make those who wronged her taste their own medicine.
