After a decade as a political hostage in Crando, Pleka's Crown Prince Arthur returned only to be spurned by his father George and framed by his brother Richard, resulting in his exile. Reborn, he renounced his title and fled to Empress Diana of Crando, yet Richard's pursuit persisted. Arthur turned to vengeance, leading an army equipped with his own firearms to conquer Pleka's cities. He seized the capital, exposed Richard's poisoning of his mother, denounced George, and crushed a six-nation coalition, capturing their rulers to claim dominion over all.
