But after three whole years, Cary still ignores her and spends three hundred million to buy sapphire earrings for his first love Esme. Evelina gives up on him and divorces him. She then runs into Leo, leader of a top family, and happens to cure his blind niece Sylvia. When she enjoys dealing with the scheming Esme, more news about her true origins come to trouble her.
