Fosterville's main road holds a secret; the people who use it have no idea what runs underneath. When a bully starts shaking down the community for cash, claiming he controls access to the route, Susan calls his bluff. She orders the entire road torn up. The excavation begins. Police show. By the time the machines stop and the dust settles, everyone in the village will know what's been there all along.
