Don't Mess with That Masseur follows Ray Cooper, once feared as the Gamble Demon who vowed to destroy the gambling that ruined families, until he retired to work as a foot masseur. When his sister-in-law's casino debt drags him back, Ray adopts a grubby disguise to infiltrate underground casinos and uses gambling itself as his weapon to root out the vice.
