Distant Blood Love centers on Isabella Knox, who as an infant had her rare Rh-negative blood taken by the Knox matriarch to save Theodore Knox and was subsequently abandoned. Rescued and raised by Kenneth Hayes as Bella Hayes, she returns eighteen years later to work at Knox Group and confront the hidden ties that bind her past to the powerful family.
