Leland found himself in a predicament. His master had informed him that he possessed a unique energy imbalance. If he didn't connect with someone who had complementary energy within seven days, he would die. Fortunately, his master had arranged for two women with compatible energy sources to assist him. One was his older female apprentice, and the other was his younger female apprentice. Thus, Leland left the secluded temple to seek his fate.
