Vera had been separated from her twin sister, Zoe, since childhood. When she finally returned to her home country, all she found was news of her sister's death. To make matters worse, her sister's husband stood to gain a substantial sum from her passing. Vera's instincts told her there was more to the story. Determined to uncover the truth and seek justice for her sister, she pretended to be blind, assumed her sister's identity, and moved in with her brother-in-law, risking everything to avenge her sister.
