Rosie wakes up to her own death coming, then a figure moves through the undead with lethal grace. The Zombie King's crimson eyes lock on her alone, and his voice is certain: come with me. Back at the Miller family villa, she realizes this creature is Henry, the quiet boy who has loved her for years. His parents serve raw meat and treat her like family. Then the call comes: the cure needs his genetic material. Someone has to have his child. Rosie looks at him, watching how he shifts between devoted and deadly, and decides to try. She opens a dating tutorial and starts the work of winning his heart. The apocalypse is the easy part.
