About this game

The rule that matters: risk pays. Nibble at the edge and you score one for one. Cut off a fifth of the field in a single run and you score five times as much. Playing safe earns almost nothing, so every excursion is a choice between "that's enough" and "a little further". Two things stand in the way. Bouncers fly around the unclaimed area and destroy an unfinished line — until the contour closes, you are exposed. The crawler patrols the border of your claimed ground and is dangerous to you directly. 24 levels: the board stays, but speed, enemy count and the required share all grow. Progress and your best score are saved, and no login is needed to play.

How to play

Controls: arrows or WASD on a computer, swipe in the direction you want to go on a phone. Space pauses the game. While you stand on claimed ground you are safe. Stepping into the dark part of the field starts a line: from that moment you are exposed, and any touch from a bouncer costs a life. Return to claimed ground and the contour closes, filling in the area you cut off. The more area you take in one run, the higher the score multiplier — up to five times. A level is done when enough of the board is claimed; the required share is shown at the top. Never cross your own line, and watch the crawler on the border.
