W — moving forward. S is a backward movement. A — move to the left. D — move to the right. The mouse is an overview. Space — jump. Left Shift — running. E — interaction: selecting keys, opening doors, and using shelters. Esc — pause. Q, E, and F are the keys for Rapid Response events (QTE). Search for keys, open doors, watch your stamina and avoid the creature.
