About this game

"The Lord of the Bow" is a dynamic survivors action game where you don't aim manually: the bow shoots itself while you dodge, maneuver between waves of enemies and collect first—aid kits on the battlefield. All the attention is on movement and tactics, not on aim. Every enemy killed is an experience. Each new level is a choice of an improvement card: more health, a new type of arrows (fiery ones burn through armor, poisonous ones poison over time), increased damage, shooting speed or reload. Build a build to match your style of play and hold out against increasingly tough waves. The game is designed for those who like a quick entry into battle, readable progress and the stress of honest survival — without long menus and unnecessary texts. I went in, took a bow, and met the horde.

How to play

Controls — a virtual joystick on the left of the screen: move the elf, dodging the arrows of goblins, orcs and trolls. Shooting happens automatically — the hero himself aims and hits the nearest enemy while you are focused on positioning. Destroy the enemies wave by wave to win the race. Experience is gained for each enemy killed. I filled out the scale and received a new level and a card with a choice of improvements: increased health, a new type of arrows (fiery, poisonous), increased damage, attack speed, or other bonuses. Choose improvements to match the situation on the battlefield. There are first—aid kits scattered on the map - pick them up to restore health in a difficult moment. Keep an eye on the HP bar: if it runs out, the race will be interrupted. The goal is to clear all the enemies wave by wave and survive. The longer you hold on and the better you choose your upgrades, the stronger your archer becomes.
