The best moment is the final tap that clears the whole level. Each level brings a new shape. If you want to unscrew even faster, turn on Auto Clicks.
Rotate the shape with the mouse or your finger. Tap visible screws to remove them. When a piece has no screws left and its way out is clear, it flies away from the construction. Keep going until the whole shape is gone. In Auto Clicks mode, simply sweep the cursor or your finger across the screws and they will unscrew automatically.
