"Ant Colony" is a slow—paced strategy simulator about the life of a real anthill. You control not an individual ant, but an entire colony: you dig tunnels deep into the earth, build a throne room, a nursery, a storeroom, a barracks, a cemetery and a pond, and watch how the workers themselves carry food, nurse the brood and bury the dead — as in a real anthill.

There are five castes in the colony: diggers dig tunnels, pickers find food on the surface, warriors patrol the corridors and accompany the pickers, and formidable guards guard the entrances to death. The sixth caste, a rare ranged shooter, is awarded only for watching ads. Day turns to night right on the surface: sunset, darkness, dawn — and the collectors hide underground for this time. With each wave, the enemies (spiders, beetles, wasps, and raiding ants) become more dangerous, and peacetime ends sooner or later. Upgrade eleven technologies, unlock achievements for colony growth, and decide whether to dig tunnels on your own or entrust it to a digger ant.
How to play
First, choose the digging method: dig the tunnels yourself by swiping your finger or mouse over the already dug earth in the ⛏️ mode, or entrust it to the digger — he himself paves the way deep into the colony. In the 🏗️ mode, select the type of room and circle the excavated tunnels to build a throne room, a nursery, a storeroom, a barracks, a cemetery or a pond — without water, the colony will not be able to lay eggs. Use the ⛏️/🧺/🛡️/🗿 buttons to choose who will hatch next: digger, collector, warrior or guardian. In the tap mode, tap the enemy to direct the fighters to attack manually - the wounded themselves go to the barracks for treatment. Keep an eye on the queen's health: if the enemy gets to the throne and her HP drops to zero, the colony will fall. Spend your food on technology, feed the queen, and keep track of achievements. At night, the pickers hide underground until dawn. For advertising, there is a food bonus, a rare ranged shooter, or continuing the game after the death of the queen without losing progress. Save the colony with the 💾 button.
