"Merge Words" is a word puzzle where individual letters gradually form longer and longer words. The board contains nine tiles. Drag tiles onto each other, combine letter sequences, and look for nouns that are included in the game's dictionary. Each successful merge frees up space for a new letter, and sometimes lets you choose one from several options.
Open on Yandex GamesA green tile means you’ve formed a valid word. A red tile marks a completed word that can no longer be extended with a letter on either the left or the right. Letters on green and red tiles earn points, while each red tile awards an additional bonus point. The higher your score, the more often the game offers you a choice of new letters, helping you plan longer chains and find profitable combinations. Form common nouns in the nominative singular, extend your words, plan your moves, and try to score as many points as possible.
At the beginning of each game, the board contains 9 letter tiles. 1. Drag one tile onto another. The letters from the moved tile are added to the end of the sequence on the other tile. 2. Combine tiles to form, or potentially form, valid words. A move is unavailable if the resulting sequence cannot be turned into a word from the game’s dictionary. 3. After a tile is moved, a new letter appears in the empty space. Sometimes you can choose it immediately or leave the choice for later. 4. A green tile indicates a valid word. A red tile indicates a completed word that cannot be extended on either the left or right. 5.Each letter on a green or red tile earns 1 point. Each red tile also awards 1 bonus point. 6.Use common nouns in dictionary form: nominative case, singular. In the game, E is treated as equivalent to Ё. 7. Try to score as many points as possible. After reaching 8, 16, 24, and 32 points, new-letter choices appear more frequently. If no useful moves remain, press “Restart.”
