How to play

Complete the initial training and then the quests (story mode). In the free-to-play game, build up the city so that the income from commercial buildings covers the cost of maintaining the buildings. Be sure to build resource facilities: water and electricity. And don't forget to build social infrastructure: the presence of police affects the income of commercial buildings, the presence of medicine affects the income of industrial buildings, the presence of education affects the income of office buildings.
