Use a shake when the energy bar is full. On a computer: left and right arrows move, up rotates, down speeds up the fall, Space drops the piece and F shakes the jar. On a phone: drag across the playfield to move, tap to rotate and swipe down to drop. You can also use the on-screen buttons.
