Adaptario is an interactive story that guides newcomers through the key stages of their first weeks — from the initial interview to the final review. Instead of long documents and dry checklists, the onboarding experience unfolds as an engaging game.
Open on Yandex GamesAcross eight levels, players walk through situations every new hire encounters at Yango: rushing to an online interview with a dying laptop, navigating crowds of couriers and delivery robots, meeting their manager, HRBP, adaptation partner and buddy, exploring internal services, setting goals and collecting feedback. Most importantly, Adaptario teaches culture through action, not lectures. Freedom, openness, professionalism, diversity, atmosphere — these aren’t just words on a slide, they’re woven into the mechanics and stories players experience. By the end of the game, newcomers don’t just finish levels — they complete their onboarding journey and feel: “I’m part of the team now.”
• Move using the keyboard (WASD/arrow keys) or swipe on a touchscreen; press space to jump and use the action button to interact. • Collect coins, calendars, tool icons and value symbols to increase your score, extend time and unlock new tasks. • Avoid obstacles such as delivery robots, geese, chairs, computer viruses and falling boxes. Collisions slow you down or remove health. • To start a dialogue, approach a character with an icon above their head and hold the action button until the progress bar fills. • Complete varied tasks: race along corridors, navigate mazes, compete with a flying rover, search for art objects and activate service icons. • Note: your progress is saved after you complete a level. Before starting a new one, make sure you have enough time. An average level takes 5 to 10 minutes. • Note: the game uses pop-up windows. The purpose of this test is to test your erudition. After answering all 100 questions, you will find out your level of erudition. It is suitable for playing alone, as well as with family or a group of friends.
