How to play
Zombie Apocalypse is a 2D platform game about shooting zombies throughout levels by using the keyboard.
Controls
W/Up Arrow - Jump (tap again to Double Jump)
S/Down Arrow - Drop Through Platforms
A/Left Arrow - Move Left
D/Right Arrow - Move Right
The goal is to reach the end of the level and kill all the zombies in your way. Your health and the zombies' health will appear above the respective heads. If your health drops to zero, you'll have to start the level over again. The number of chambers you'll need to make it through will be shown in the top right corner of the screen.
Before you choose your level, you can equip the hero with different weapons, armor, abilities, and ammo based on what you've collected and how much money you have. You can also collect different parts of the gear you have which can be used for upgrades. When you go to the map, you can choose what level you want to complete. You'll spawn on the left side of the area and need to make your way right. As you do, you'll need to do some platforming over gaps and traps like mines.
You'll also come into contact with zombies that can be armed with all sorts of weapons. Some of them will be walking, standing, or flying through the air. The hero will start firing automatically at the closest zombie. You'll only be able to move on to the next area once you've killed all the zombies in the current area. Each one has a chance to drop things like cash and upgrade parts. You'll also have the chance to choose a perk as you progress to change your behavior and attacks. Complete all of the chambers to complete the level.
