How to play
Squicky is a 2D platforming game about a mouse getting past cats to safety using the keyboard.
Controls
W/Up Arrow - Climb Ladders
A/Left Arrow - Move Left
D/Right Arrow - Move Right
Spacebar - Jump
The goal of each level is to get the mouse safely to the exit. The mouse only has one hit point so if it falls into a pit or comes into contact with a cat, it'll die and you'll need to restart the level. You can improve your score by collecting coins and killing enemies as well as completing it as quickly as possible. The timer and the count counter are shown in the top left part of the screen.
The mouse spawns on the far left of the level and needs to make it to the end on the right. It can jump over gaps, onto platforms, and defeat enemies by jumping on their heads. Coins are scattered all over and you can collect them by running into them. The exit door is locked so you need to collect all the keys located in the level. To make things easier, you can collect magic potions which will temporarily make the mouse invincible. You can also jump into a plane to fly around the level.
