How to play

Save the Dog is a 2D puzzle game about keeping a round dog safe from bees and other hazards using only the mouse. To draw something, click and hold the Left Mouse Button and then drag the cursor around. You'll keep drawing until you let go of the button or you lead the line into a solid object like a wall. The goal is to keep your dog safe from bees and other dangers until the timer at the top of the screen runs out. If you fail, you'll have to try again. When you start, you'll be shown a level with the dog placed randomly somewhere in it, either on the ground or on a platform. You'll then have to draw some kind of bubble or barrier that will protect the dog from the bees and the level. Whatever you draw will react to physics like gravity and can be knocked around by the bees or by moving dogs. Other hazards may include lava or spikes that will harm your dog if it touches them. As you progress, more dogs will be added to the level and additional hazards will spawn around. Your barrier can be large or small, but the bees will attack once you stop drawing. Every level becomes a new casual puzzle rescue for your dog.
