How to play

Medical Shop - Cash Register Drug Store is a 2D management game about running a medical shop using only the mouse. To interact with the UI, move the cursor over to the different elements and icons and then click the Left Mouse Button. The goal is to service as many customers as possible at each level. If you fail to service enough customers in the best way, your score will suffer or you'll lose the level and will have to try again. From the lobby, you can choose power up to take into the level with you if they've been unlocked or purchased with coins. Meds at the top of the screen are used to play levels and coins are used to purchase items to use. You'll earn more coins and unlock new things by completing levels. When you choose a level, you'll be placed behind the counter will all the items laid before you. Customers will appear and request certain items. You need to click on bags and the corresponding items to give them to the customers. If a customer is served quickly and correctly, they will leave satisfied. At the end of the level, you'll be scored based on customer treatment and satisfaction.
