STORY:
You are alone, in a secret lab, not far from a big city.
You know you can escape from the building, you just have to run and fight for your life.
12 Floors, full of creepy monsters that want your flesh.
Defend yourself with any weapon and run towards the exit...

Maze of Infection is a 2D top-down zombie game about fighting your way out of a building using the mouse and keyboard.
Controls
Cursor - Look/Aim
Left Mouse Button - Attack/Fire
W/Up Arrow - Move Up
S/Down Arrow - Move Down
A/Left Arrow - Move Left
D/Right Arrow - Move Right
The goal is to reach the exit on the given floor, indicated by a steel hatch. Your weapon stats are shown in the bottom left corner of the screen and the map (if you have one) appears in the bottom right. If a zombie gets too close, they will grapple you and it'll be game over.
Before you start, you can choose which floor you want to start on. Each floor will start you in a different room. While making your way around, you can try to find a map to reveal the layout of the floor. You can also pick up weapons and ammo while walking around. Melee weapons will break after a certain number of uses and firearms are useless without ammo. Zombies will advance toward you once they detect you and can be dispatched with shots or melee attacks. The exit hatch will be highlighted as a green dot on the map.

Is Maze of Infection hard?
As a top-down game, you have a lot of the visual information you need, but the tight areas and multiple zombies can make it tricky to navigate unless you're prepared to fight or deftly weave through their numbers.
How long is Maze of Infection?
The game has a level system based on floors in the building and there are only 12 floors which means there are only 12 levels to complete.
